Interested in the Team Photography Package?
Let’s get the ball rolling! Please give me as much information as possible on this form. Once I receive this request, I’ll reach out to whoever is listed as the main contact. This will be the point person that will help me decide on the date and time of this photo shoot. Please make sure that other team members understand that the only way that we will reschedule is if there is inclement weather. Unfortunately we cannot reschedule if one or more team members become ill. In the event of inclement weather, we will use our back-up date and time. Please note that if it is an indoor event, flash photography must be permitted. Sporting events further than 15 miles from Downers Grove may require an additional fee.
Please note that the session is not booked until the fee is paid in full and online contract is signed by all parties involved.
